“I loved taking this camp! I learned so much and had a lot of fun meeting new people. I have to say one of the best times of the day was snack time, we all loved the biscuits. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your summer! I hope to see you again for another camp or class”.
“At the start of the week, I had no clue about how to use the camera. All I used was the auto setting. Now, I know how to use most of the buttons on my camera and how to use different settings to get the best picture possible. The learning environment was very relaxing and engaging all week long. I looked forward to each day where we learned new things and different types of photography. Andrea is a very good teacher who involved all of us in the discussions and class.
"I was a participant of the summer photography camp between the dates of June 30- July 4. In that time I learned a lot about photography - about the parts of a camera and how to take shots and finally about how to improve your shot. We were taken outdoors to take nature photos. We also took many pictures indoors and also in different lights..I learnt a lot of cool techniques of photography. Also learnt about editing photos. We were also given a course handout on the first day of the camp which detailed the different aspects of photography. Overall it was a very interesting and very informative camp and I had a lot of fun composing different shots.. I look forward to attending more workshops to improve my skills in photography. Thanks Andrea for making it such an awesome camp experience for me."
Dear Andrea, I want to start off by saying thank you for everything... you've helped me with all my photography problems and taught me how to use my camera properlyMy parents and I are very proud of what I learned and what I can now do with our camera. I have been taking a lot of pictures still and they look amazing, thanks to you! I would definitely take your camp again; it was so much fun to be able to meet you, your daughters and the rest of the girls who were taking the camp. I was happy to meet people that enjoy photography as much as I do. I loved everything about the camp, your dog, all your cats and the chipmunks. I enjoyed the activities we did and most importantly taking pictures! Look at the pictures that I took before the camp and after I see there are some BIG changes. Hopefully, I will continue taking pictures and be as good as you one day. Before I took this camp I had no idea where the settings were on my camera and how to use them! Thanks to you, I now know how... You are an amazing photography teacher, I was so happy to be able to take your camp. I couldn't have found anyone who was as kind, caring, and understanding and fun to be with. I'm sure the girls and boys you teach in the future will love the camp as much as I did! I will suggest that all my friends who like photography should take your camp; I will never forget my time at your camp.
Enjoy the rest of your summer!
Carmen"I really enjoyed my week learning about photography. It was a great opportunity to learn about all the askpects of my camera. My goal is to not use the "automatic" option anymore! The best part of the week was getting outside to take pictures and being creative"!!ThanksAndrea,Amelie
